You Never Have to walk to the dumpster again

The trash bag that leaks halfway down the stairwell. The one you forgot until it was already dark. The walk you take in flip-flops because you weren’t planning on going outside. Your community set up doorstep collection so none of that is your problem anymore. Bin goes outside your door, we handle the rest.

Here's How It Works

Your community gave every unit a Timely Trash bin. After that, there are only three things to know.

  1. 1

    Set It Outside Your Door

Bagged trash goes in your bin, and the bin goes just outside your door before your community's start time.

  2. 2

    We Pick It Up

Our team comes through door to door that evening and takes everything to the compactor. You don't need to be home.

  3. 3

    Bring The Bin Back In

Grab it in the morning and keep it inside or on your patio until the next service night.

That's the whole thing. No walk across the property, no hauling bags down a stairwell in the dark.

Set-Out Basics

Every unit in a Timely Trash community gets a bin. Get these few things right and your trash goes out the same way every night, with nothing left sitting by your door.

Before you set it out

  • Bag everything and tie the top closed
  • Keep each bag under 15 pounds so it travels well
  • Flatten cardboard so it sits inside the bin
  • Two bags a night keeps the lid closing properly
  • Have it outside your door by your community's start time

Leave these out of the bin

  • Loose trash that never made it into a bag
  • Furniture, mattresses, and appliances
  • Paint, batteries, propane, and pool chemicals
  • Anything that keeps the lid from shutting

Nights and start times are set by each community, so yours may differ from a friend's across town. Your leasing office has the schedule for your property.

That depends on your community. Each property sets its own service nights and start time, so check the notice your leasing office posted or ask them directly. Most communities in our service area run Sunday through Thursday with an evening window.

Hold onto it and set it out on the next service night. Leaving it outside overnight is what draws pests, and in summer the smell will find you before morning does.

No. As long as your bin is outside your door before the start time, we’ll get it.

Not as part of nightly service, but Timely Trash does bulk pickups. Contact your leasing office to have one scheduled for your community or use the resident app.
